Dubai, UAE: Guests will learn the processes involved in taking an unremarkable little green bean and turning it into the great drink that so many of us enjoy every day. If you are one of those people who unscrew a jar and add hot water to your cup, prepare to have your eyes opened and taste buds woken up.
As part of the Masterclass, you will get to know your coffee in a tasting session and discover how diverse the flavours of coffee can be. Highly skilled baristas will show you how to select and roast the green coffee beans to perfection, explain how the source influences the flavour, teach you to grind, measure and brew using different methods such as French press, the V60 Pourover, the AeroPress and the siphon and of course how to produce the perfect cup of Arabic coffee. As part of the Masterclass, you will get to know your coffee in a tasting session and discover how diverse the flavours of coffee can be.
All of these skills are hands-on so you will be actively involved in the entire procedure from bean to cup: roast it, grind it, brew it and savour it.
