Iconic hotel to be the only destination in the Middle East to offer the “Leg King” Professor Francesco Canonaco’s highly successful programme known for the prevention and cure of cellulite, water retention and all vascular problems in the legs

United Arab Emirates, Dubai: The best kept secret for picture-perfect legs is coming to the iconic Talise Spa at Burj Al Arab Jumeirah.

Taking wellness to the next level, the ultimate destination for relaxation and rejuvenation will be the first and only location in the Middle East – and second worldwide after the luxurious Capri Palace Jumeirah – to offer guests the exclusive Leg School®. Known throughout the world for its excellence in the prevention and cure of cellulite, water retention and all vascular problems in the legs, the unique programme has been developed over several years of practice and research to help improve blood circulation of the lower limbs. The methodology, formulated and patented by Professor Francesco Canonaco, consists of the application of rich active substances and vaso-active elements, which produce a bio-stimulation on the outer and innermost layers of skin increasing elasticity and preventing stretch marks.

The programme has seen remarkable success at Capri Beauty Farm, the unique wellness destination within Capri Palace Jumeirah where Dr. Canonaco is the Medical Director. Guests have witnessed extraordinary results after just a single treatment and reported glowingly healthy and beautiful looking legs after several consecutive sessions.

“At Talise Spa, our concept of selfcare goes far beyond a facial, spin class, or meditation session,” commented Paulina Mercader, Director at Talise Spa, Burj Al Arab Jumeirah. “For us, it’s about working with leading wellness practitioners from around the world to offer exclusive, performance driven treatments and products that get results. We are delighted to partner with Professor Francesco Canonaco to provide our guests his breakthrough vascular therapy, which will deliver a truly intimate and transformational experience for our guests.”

To ensure its guests sink deep into a world of luxury and relaxation during the programme, the expert team at Talise Spa have added signature treatments from its enticing menu for the ultimate Leg School® experience. The first stage is a circulatory and lymphatic system stimulation with an 8-minute circuit guided by one of the team’s expert wellness practitioners. Medical cold mud consisting of rich active ingredients that invigorate the venous walls and decongest tired legs is then applied while the guest enjoys a therapeutic scalp massage – the perfect opportunity to switch off. This is then followed by the application of medical cold bandages, enriched with a revolutionary and secret formula highly effective in treating water retention and reducing cellulite, while the guest sinks deeper into relaxation with a restorative 24k Gold and Damask Rose mask and quartz face massage. The treatment ends with the application of Dr. Canonaco’s ‘gel gambe’ enriched with vegetal and mineral extracts restoring vitality and lightness while improving both venous and lymphatic tone. Metabolism is also stimulated due to the improved circulation. Lastly, guests are invited to enjoy its exquisite sauna and an invigorating 8-minute plunge pool as the perfect end to a truly transformational experience.

Produced in Italy, all Leg School® products are the secret patented formula of Dr. Canonaco. Available from Monday 21st March exclusively at Talise Spa Burj Al Arab Jumeirah, an individual Leg School® session lasts a blissful 90 minutes and costs AED950, while a package of four sessions is AED 3,300.

Set to reopen for the summer season on Tuesday 29th April, ‘The Leg School’ is also available at the stunning Capri Palace Jumeirah – an exceptional luxury hotel where guests can immerse themselves in the breathtaking natural beauty of Capri while enjoying the imaginative and unique artwork from contemporary artists dotted around the hotel.
