Dubai, UAE, September 2026: CHOIX Patisserie and Restaurant at InterContinental Dubai Festival City will launch a new seasonal menu on 14 September, created under the culinary direction of three-Michelin-starred Chef Pierre Gagnaire, with Chef Mathieu Balbino leading the kitchen.
The new selection includes Artichoke Salad with Pine Nuts, Grilled Eggplant with Salted Anchovy & Redcurrants and Cumin Lentil Velouté.
Also joining the menu are Marinated Omani Shrimp Spaghetti and Lamb Chop with Roasted Ricotta, Star Anise, Blistered Tomatoes & Basil, served with Mild Curry Pilaf Rice.
A French Baguette with Comté, Gherkins, Mustard Onions & Spinach Leaves completes the new additions.

The Cake of the Month is the Mirabelle Tart, featuring delicate, buttery pastry with the natural sweetness and gentle acidity of Mirabelle plum.
