Taking place on May 19 at Jumeirah Saadiyat Island from 5pm, the event – titled Market Update: The State of Abu Dhabi Real Estate – brings together leading voices from across the sector for an informed discussion on the emirate’s evolving property landscape.
The session comes at a pivotal moment for the Abu Dhabi market. While transaction activity has slowed in some areas, and buyer sentiment has become more cautious, the emirate continues to benefit from strong economic fundamentals, limited future supply, and long-term government-backed growth plans.
The event will explore where the market is heading next, including opportunities emerging for long-term investors and end users, the impact of changing buyer behaviour, developer activity, rental trends, and how Abu Dhabi compares with regional markets during periods of global uncertainty.
Ben Crompton, Managing Partner at Crompton Partners, said: “Abu Dhabi’s property market is now entering a very interesting phase. There is undoubtedly greater caution in parts of the market right now, but this is also a market correcting from a position of real strength.
“For serious investors, end users and industry professionals, this is an important moment to understand where opportunities are emerging, where risks exist, and what the next chapter for Abu Dhabi real estate could look like.”
The discussion will also examine wider economic factors shaping the market, including sovereign investment strength, infrastructure spending, future supply levels, and Abu Dhabi’s increasing appeal to long-term residents and institutional investors. Crompton Partners’ research suggests the emirate remains comparatively well-positioned due to its economic resilience, lower predicted future supply, and reduced reliance on speculative overseas demand.
Attendees will have the opportunity to hear directly from market experts, ask questions during the panel discussion, and network with fellow investors, developers and real estate professionals.
The event is expected to attract strong interest from across the UAE’s property and investment sectors.
Registration is now open via the British Chamber of Commerce Abu Dhabi website.
