Ramadan campaign put appetites towards a good cause, capturing the charitable spirit of the holy month
Dubai, United Arab Emirates: Deliveroo – the region’s premier food delivery service – has successfully raised AED 136,000 through its Ramadan campaign with Emirates Red Crescent. These funds will be allocated to support the vital humanitarian work of the Red Crescent Authority in the UAE.

At this important time of year, it has been uplifting to see everyone uniting in the spirit of charity.”
The campaign reflected the values of good for the month of Ramadan by providing customers with the opportunity to donate one or more meals to Emirates Red Crescent by placing an order through the app or website.

The Year of Giving initiative highlights the importance of CSR activities and encourages public and private sector companies to fulfil their community responsibilities through community outreach programs. Deliveroo is implementing a large-scale community responsibility program that supports these values. Funds raised during their Emirates Red Crescent campaign will be used to support charitable initiatives at the local level.
