Training sessions held in Arabic, English, and Urdu languages
UAE: In line with the UAE’s efforts to drive digital transformation of its government services, Dubai Government Workshop (DGW) had recently organized a series of interactive workshops, held in Arabic, English and Urdu languages under the title ‘Together Towards Digital Transformation.’ with the participation of employees with basic knowledge of computers and software.
The event served as an ideal platform to equip the team with the technical skills needed to keep pace with the progress of digital transformation, thus supporting Dubai government’s efforts to develop an integrated system to improve the efficiency and flexibility of government performance, leading to the establishment of a pioneering government, thereby ensuring the happiness of people and community wellbeing.
H.E. Fahad Ahmed Al-Raeesi CEO of DGW, said: “The recently held interactive workshops provided the vehicles maintenance team with the technological expertise and digital skills required to support the Workshop’s digital transformation endeavors. This is important as we are currently focusing on restructuring traditional processes and enhancing the decision-making process through the integration of technological innovation. Our efforts in this regard also support the objectives of Dubai Paperless Strategy in abolishing the use of paper in all internal and external transactions and with dealers.”
The workshops elaborated on the importance of using the right software to improve operational performance of Dubai Government Workshop.
