The culinary team from the award-winning Royal Catering have created a mouth-watering Iftar buffet, and à la carte Suhoor menu for the Saraya Tent, which will offer guests a truly inspiring experience for all senses. Live cooking stations will feature Ramadan favourites such as Shawarma, Manakish and Lamb Ouzi; the all-time favourite Arabic Mezze corner delighting all palates, alongside some refreshing, colourful displays of salads and cold dishes, while seafood lovers can delight in the signature baked Hammour. Adults and children alike will succumb to the sweet temptation of the traditional Arabic sweets, Umm Ali and the exquisite chocolate station to conclude the feast.
Iftar rates start at AED 175 and Suhoor is offered for a minimum spend of AED 125. Valet and VIP parking will be available on sight. Saraya Tent will also operate a second location in Dubai, near Sky Dive Dubai.
