- The International Property Show and Dubai Property Festival 2018 witness the participation of the world’s largest real estate destinations
Dubai, United Arab Emirates: The International Property Show (IPS) and Dubai Property Festival (DPF) 2018 concluded with unprecedented success and a huge turnout from 16,000 visitors who visited the Dubai World Trade Center from 9th to 11th April in the first two days to view offers from top companies from around the world.
The ‘Mega Property Sale’ also concluded successfully as part of the Dubai Property Festival, which was launched by the Real Estate Investment Management and Promotion Center — the investment arm of the event’s main partner DLD — in collaboration with founding partners Emaar Properties and the International Property Show. The campaign saw a major response from real estate investors from around the world, with Dubai’s major property developers offering a wide range of real estate projects.
Her Excellency Majida Ali Rashid, Assistant Director General and Head of the Real Estate Investment Management and Promotion Center, commented: “We are proud of this great achievement, which was made possible by our partners and transformed Dubai into an exceptional three-day attraction for those looking for world-class investment opportunities. Following the conclusion of the events, we would like to express our deep gratitude to all those who contributed to their success, including strategic supporters, partners, organisers, developers and exhibitors from around the world. Dubai has once again proved its ability to organise leading events that provide residents and visitors with valuable investment opportunities, whether in the local real estate market or in regional and global markets.”
The 14th edition of the International Property Show and the Dubai Property Festival are the first events of their kind to provide a platform for local and international real estate markets to showcase their residential and commercial real estate properties. The ‘Mega Property Sale’ campaign attracted a large numbers of visitors who focused on exploring all of the real estate projects offered by the developers.
There was a great diversity of pavilions from 29 participating countries, including Austria, Azerbaijan, Bosnia, Brazil, Canada, China, Cyprus, Egypt, Georgia, Germany, Greece, India, Lebanon, Malaysia, Malta, the Sultanate of Oman, Philippines, Portugal, Singapore, Spain, Thailand, Turkey, the Turks and Caicos Islands, the United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom and the United States of America.
Dawood Al Shezawi, Head of the DPF Organising Committee, said: “Through these events, we successfully provided everything that developers, investors and buyers are looking for, and we were very pleased to receive praise from those who we helped to achieve their goals. This is primarily due to the precise organisation of the exhibition and the festival, and the projects and services it included. High reliability and confidence in the real estate offerings and products were also key factors in this success, as well as the variety of new products, projects, offers and exclusive releases.”
Al Shezawi concluded: “The UAE’s political stability and sustained economic growth have encouraged global investors to take the decision to capitalise on the high return on investment in the booming real estate market. Dubai has reinforced its exceptional appeal and reputation as the preferred real estate destination for investors from around the world.”
With the presence of the world’s largest and most successful real estate markets, the IPS and DPF presented a golden opportunity for exhibitors to showcase their current projects and future plans in the real estate sector to prospective buyers.
Strategic partners for IPS and DPF 2018 include Dubai Police, Dubai Department of Economic Development, Azizi Developments, Danube Properties, Diamond Developers, MAG Lifestyle Development, with other partners including ADIB, Emirates Auction, Tamleek, Emirates Airlines, Home R Us, and The Publicity Network as Key Communication Sponsor.
