HOD, which has invested Dh700,000 into the joint venture, will benefit from a revenue-sharing agreement with Tamil Mart and manage the e-commerce application through its enterprise e-commerce solution.
Tamil Mart is the largest supermarket chain for South Indian products in the UAE, pioneering the region’s organic local produce supply chain and highlighting the native indigenous products of South India. Tamil Mart’s vision is to change the perception about organic food whilst the supporting livelihood and welfare of farmers by creating a suitable market for their produce.
