Abu Dhabi, October, 2026 – École Ducasse Abu Dhabi Studio has opened enrolment for its Essential Program, offering two intensive eight-week courses in Culinary Arts Essentials and French Pastry Arts Essentials. Rooted in Ducasse savoir-faire and guided by a philosophy of precision, craftsmanship and respect for ingredients, both courses will run from 12 October to 10 December 2026.
The French Pastry Arts Essentials course introduces participants to the techniques of French pâtisserie through small-group workshops covering essential doughs, batters, creams, fillings and desserts. Participants develop the technical skills and creative understanding needed to prepare classic and contemporary pastries.
The Culinary Arts Essentials course focuses on core cooking techniques, ingredient knowledge and kitchen organisation. Through practical training, participants develop their understanding of professional kitchen practices and learn to prepare a range of classic and contemporary dishes.
More than 90 per cent of each course is dedicated to hands-on learning, with classes limited to 12 participants to ensure close guidance from expert chef instructors. Classes are delivered in English in fully equipped professional kitchens, and a professional chef uniform and toolkit are included.
