First retreat hotel in city by R Hotels Hospitality Group
Dubai, UAE: Fourzone Décor, a UAE-based interior contracting and fit-out company specialized in hospitality projects, is pleased to announce the completion of the interior fit-out for The Retreat Palm Dubai MGallery by Sofitel, the first holistic well-being resort in the Middle East.
The architecture, design and services of the soon-to-open resort is inspired by the theme of ‘serenity’, one of the hallmarks of the MGallery brand.
Fourzone Décor worked on the interior fit-out, including production and sourcing of furniture and soft furnishings, and carrying out finishing work of the resort’s 254 rooms and presidential suite.
Ajish Nambiar, Marketing Director of Fourzone Décor, said: “We are almost on the handover stage of the property and we are very proud of our completion of the project because The MGallery by Sofitel is the first retreat resort in the city. We had a lot of challenges finishing this project since it was a new theme and most of the materials used are one of its kind and very unique but with our experience and expertise we were able to manage and finish the project ahead of schedule.”
“Another challenge is the location of the project. Since it is located in The Palm, expectations are high,” added Ajish, “but we raised up to the challenge and completed the project. Guests who will be staying at the resort will find it a sanctuary, offering a relaxing and tranquil haven in the midst of the city, a total different stay experience.”
Fourzone Décor created a refreshing interior design inspired by natural elements whilst combining a contemporary and scenery feel on the four-star hotel’s overall look. The property is a project of Ajman-based hospitality group R Holdings.
