Garena Free Fire powers Anas Al Heluo at the Red Bull Car Park Drift 2021

Dubai: Garena Free Fire partnered Anas Al Heluo, former world champion, at the recent Red Bull Car Park Drift 2021 championship in Egypt.

Anas El Helou, who hails from Jordan, was crowned the King of Drift at the Red Bull Car Park Drift Series Final hosted in Istanbul in 2019 and is a four-time Jordan champion.

An annual event, the Red Bull Car Park Drift (CPD), has grown in popularity since its inception in 2008. The event has grown to become a regional series as of 2010, spanning a large number of countries in Asia, Africa and Europe.

Anas Al Heluo, who finished 4th place at the CPD said: “I want to thank Garena for the faith they have shown in my abilities by supporting my journey at the CPD. It has been a great experience partnering with Garena. They have a desire to give the best experience to their gamers which matches my desire to improve my performances.

“Garena Free Fire users overcome challenges in the battlefield to achieve their goal by getting a “Booyah!” while I battle to achieve my goal and win the championship “Booyah!” on the tracks.

“Whether you’re playing Garena Free Fire or participating in real-life sports, it is important to understand that it requires the same skills and attributes in order to be successful. Many of these qualities are something that we practise every day in different scenarios. For instance, the way we talk to each other or the way we work as a team are prime examples to achieve the “Booyah! goal.

The partnership is part of Garena’s aim to promote regional talent and be involved with the wider community in the MENA region.

Garena strives to entertain and engage the Free Fire community in the MENA region with exclusive events, activities and localized experiences specifically tailored to their preferences.
