During this event, Givaudan will showcase consumer-centric food and beverage innovations. There will also be a co-creation demo session for concept modifications, followed by instant consumer liking predictions based on these adaptations.

In the ‘Does Good’ zone, Givaudan highlights energy-boosting concepts tailored for gamers seeking sustained focus and performance. Additionally, the zone features innovative beverages infused with calming botanicals, addressing the rising demand for natural hydration solutions, and employs advanced sugar-reduction techniques for a healthful touch.
In the ‘Imagine’ zone, Givaudan showcases the synergy of consumer insights, sensory expertise, and advanced digital and AI tools in product innovation. Visitors can engage in a co-creation approach, adjusting prototypes to see shifts in consumer preferences. The demonstration emphasizes a pilot of our predictive model, versatile and adaptable to various category needs and specific customer priorities.
