Hadron by Tether Launches Strategic Collaboration with FirstData and BKN301 to Advance Institutional Tokenization in Saudi Arabia

10
August, 2026 – Tether, the largest company in the digital asset industry, today announced a strategic collaboration with First Advanced Data for Artificial Intelligence LLC (FirstData) and BKN301. The collaboration will deploy Hadron by Tether as the core technology platform to accelerate the tokenization of institutional-grade real estate assets in Saudi Arabia.
Hadron by Tether is an asset-tokenization platform designed to simplify the conversion of a wide range of assets into digital tokens. It encompasses the technology and know-how Tether has built over the last decade, providing an intuitive platform for issuing and managing tokenized assets across their full life cycle, with modularity, security, reliability, and a seamless user experience.
FirstData is a Riyadh-based company that combines artificial intelligence with regulated digital-asset infrastructure to transform how real-world assets are owned, traded and managed. FirstData will work with BKN301 to provide integration support for the deployment of Hadron by Tether within its operating framework.
Through this collaboration, FirstData will serve as the commercial lead, issuer, and primary market operator for tokenized institutional-grade real estate assets in Saudi Arabia, leveraging Hadron by Tether to provide the core infrastructure for issuance, management, and lifecycle administration of its tokenized assets, ensuring blockchain security, compliance, and extensibility. BKN301 will support FirstData by ensuring integration, orchestration, front-end, banking connectivity, and operational support services for embedding Hadron by Tether into FirstData’s operating infrastructure.
Tokenization is transforming global financial markets by improving efficiency, broadening participation, and democratizing access to opportunities that were once out of reach. Tether is committed to advancing this transformation through strategic collaboration and technological innovations such as Hadron by Tether. In Saudi Arabia, this transformation begins with institutional-grade real estate unlocking a historically illiquid asset class and enabling broader participation in property ownership and investment.
This initiative also aligns with Tether’s aim to foster institutional use cases for real-world assets, starting with real estate tokenization, and contributes to Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 modernization objectives. It supports broader access to investment opportunities, improved capital formation, and the digital transformation of traditional asset markets.
“At Tether, we believe real-world asset tokenization will redefine the financial industry, making global assets more liquid, accessible, secure, and scalable. With Vision 2030, Saudi Arabia stands out as an ideal market for demonstrating the transformative impact of platforms like Hadron by Tether,” said Paolo Ardoino, CEO of Tether. “We are proud to support the Kingdom’s ambitions by expanding participation, unlocking new investment opportunities, and working alongside FirstData and BKN301 to build a more inclusive financial ecosystem that supports this vision.”
The collaboration is designed to create a scalable operating model that unites blockchain infrastructure, digital asset technology, compliance frameworks, and regulated financial services to position Saudi Arabia as a leading jurisdiction for institutional asset tokenization and attract both local and international investors.
“Saudi Arabia is one of the most compelling markets globally for the convergence of technology, capital markets, and real-world asset tokenization,” said Nabil Al-Nuaim, Chairman of FirstData. “By combining FirstData’s local market expertise and relationships with Hadron by Tether’s proven tokenization infrastructure, we aim to create new opportunities for asset owners, investors, and institutions while supporting the Kingdom’s long-term economic vision.”
“BKN301’s role in this initiative is to ensure that Hadron by Tether’s tokenization capabilities are seamlessly connected to the banking, payments, and compliance infrastructure required for institutional deployment,” said Stiven Muccioli, CEO of BKN301 Group. “We look forward to supporting FirstData and Tether in building a robust tokenized asset ecosystem in the Kingdom.”
Saudi Arabia is rapidly transitioning toward a blockchain-based, Sharia-compliant digital financial infrastructure as part of its Vision 2030 agenda. This shift is unlocking liquidity in traditionally illiquid sectors, facilitating foreign direct investment, and creating a secure, asset-backed digital settlement layer to protect national wealth and drive economic modernization. Against this backdrop, the collaboration is well timed and creates a foundation for future expansion into other digital asset classes, including energy, infrastructure project finance, and other strategic real-world assets.
