By entering into a partnership, both sides demonstrated their commitment to jointly organize pioneering initiatives and training programs, provide technical and management consultancies, and design professional diplomas to enhance the management practices of women in the UAE.

HE Mansoor Al Awar noted that the MoU between HBMSU and Dubai Women Establishment will pave the way for the university to provide professional women with access to its top-notch academic programs, which are accredited by the Ministry of Education. The university’s courses encompass multiple disciplines, including total quality management (TQM), strategic planning, corporate excellence, and innovation and knowledge management, all of which can contribute to empowering women and increasing their role in shaping the country’s future.

Al Awar also highlighted the importance of collaborative efforts in preparing the needed training and consultancy programs and professional diplomas that can enhance the careers of women in Dubai and the UAE. “Our agreement with Dubai Women Establishment will have a positive impact as it focuses on developing the leadership skills of women, which reflects our pivotal role as a hub of knowledge and science and a leading academic institution that produces future innovators, entrepreneurs, and leaders, rather than job seekers. She pointed out as well that the agreement will help realize the wise leadership’s vision to strengthen the role of women in the UAE’s bid to become one of the world’s leading countries on all fronts according to its plan in the next 50 years.
