Latest recognition validates Help AG’s SOC capabilities against government-defined cybersecurity and sovereignty requirements

Dubai, United Arab Emirates – August, 2026: Help AG, the cybersecurity arm of e&, has achieved the CyberForce Security Operations Centre SOC certification from the Dubai Electronic Security Center DESC. This makes Help AG among the first to complete all three CyberForce certifications, having previously been recognised for its Incident Response and Penetration Testing services.

The milestone provides independent validation of Help AG’s SOC capabilities, including the people, processes, governance, monitoring and incident response functions that underpin its Managed Security Services (MSS) offering. It demonstrates compliance with Dubai’s cybersecurity standards for adaptive security operations and reinforces Help AG’s ability to support government entities, critical infrastructure operators and enterprise organisations with trusted security services.

The achievement builds on Help AG’s long-standing commitment to supporting the UAE’s cybersecurity priorities and the secure adoption of emerging technologies. As organisations embrace increasingly intelligent and interconnected digital environments, trusted security operations are becoming essential to maintaining resilience, governance, and confidence in critical services.

The certification further strengthens Help AG’s position as a leading provider of managed security services in the region and reflects its continued focus on advancing cybersecurity governance, service maturity, and operational resilience in response to an increasingly complex and rapidly evolving threat landscape.

Dr Aleksandar Valjarevic, Acting Chief Executive Officer at Help AG, said: “Achieving the CyberForce certification for our UAE Cyber Defence Centre is a significant milestone for Help AG and a strong endorsement of the expertise and service excellence that underpin our offering. We see it as an important validation of our ability to deliver trusted, high-quality managed security services that meet rigorous government-defined standards.

“As the UAE accelerates its AI-first national ambitions, organisations require cybersecurity partners capable of securing increasingly complex digital environments, including sovereign AI deployments and emerging agentic AI systems. Our in-country, sovereign SOC, powered by advanced automation and local expertise, is designed to help organisations embrace innovation securely while maintaining resilience, trust and operational control.”

Abdulla Ebrahim Al Ahmed, Chief Government & VVIP Relations Officer, e& UAE, said: “Trust, resilience and security are fundamental to the UAE’s digital future. This achievement reflects the strength of Help AG’s sovereign cybersecurity capabilities and e& UAE’s broader commitment to supporting the UAE’s AI-first ambitions through secure, reliable and future-ready technology services.

“As organisations place greater reliance on intelligent systems, robust cybersecurity foundations will remain essential to enabling innovation, protecting critical infrastructure and maintaining trust across the digital ecosystem.”
