Dubai: IMA® (Institute of Management Accountants) and the Philippine Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to formalize ties with the Middle East Federation. The agreement will see both institutions working together to strengthen the management accounting knowledge base in the Middle East region. As part of the affiliation, PICPA ME Federationwill offer the CMA® (Certified Management Accountant) certification to its members as part of its social responsibility to the PICPA ME Federationcommunity, specifically to its members and students who are seeking to professionally upskill themselves as management accountants. This development affirms the Philippines’ vision and continued efforts to develop itself as a financial center.
