Beirut, Lebanon: La Mode A Beyrouth, organized by L.I.P.S. Management (Lebanese & International Production & Services s.a.r.l) was concluded with an extravagant closing party – “Les Personnages” in Music Hall-Beirut Water Front, sponsored by ‘Samsung’, in the presence of prominent figures from the media, fashion, and design industry, and included an honoring ceremony for the fashion designers who participated in the fashion shows.
The 6-days long fashion week, was an exclusive and by-invitation only event, held at the Forum De Beyrouth and was attended by more than 12,000 people. In its third edition, La Mode A Beyrouth, has been recognized by the attendees and media as the key fashion event in Beirut. It has been greatly praised by Lebanon’s best fashion designers and brands as well as receiving official support from the ministries of Tourism and Culture.
Mr. Johnny Fadlallah, CEO and Managing Director of L.I.P.S Management, and the founder of La Mode A Beyrouth stated in his closing remarks: “Beirut has always been a pioneer in fashion industry. With each success, La Mode A Beyrouth stresses its leading role in reflecting Lebanon’s image of beauty and fashion.”
He added: “The success of La Mode A Beyrouth is because of the exceptional support from the fashion community including designers, bloggers, media, and many more. We also recognize the the extensive efforts of our partners Rowat PR (RPR) who added to the event’s success and growth.”
The designers who participated in the fashion shows included: INGIE PARIS, Fouad Sarkis, Manal Ajaj, Reem Kashmar, Ali Younes, TED BAKER, Boudi Dib, Hadi Katra, Hanna Touma and Abed Mahfouz. The event was distinguished by the Beirut Young Fashion Designer Competition having a whole day of the fashion week dedicated to it. The talented designer Nazem Orra was announced as this edition’s winner, in the presence of a jury headed by the renowned International Lebanese designer Nicolas Jebran.
The third edition was marked as the biggest event yet, covering an area of 8,000sqm, and earning International presence as Claire Damaa Group managed to bring several international media representatives and industry buyers (Buying Offices) to attend and cover the shows, in addition to the Luxury PR & social media services provided by The Agenda Beirut.

La Mode a Beyrouth included several media partners including: Beiruting.com, ounousa.com, Today’s outlook, Mondanite, Prestige, I life, Z fashion – touch of art, Focus, A&E, Snob, Lamasat, Sayidaty, People at Night, Aalamoki, Fayrouz and Al Manara.
The immense participation in this edition was a result of L.I.P.S’s enormous efforts to present fashion shows that had a great impact on Lebanon’s image as a hub for Fashion and on Beirut as the fashion capital of the Arab world and the Middle East.
