Dubai, UAE – October 2026

SAVANT Dubai, in collaboration with Healthy Minds Club UAE, hosted La Vie en Rose on 24 October 2026 at SAVANT, Warehouse 86, Goshi Warehouse City, bringing together wellbeing experts, practitioners and community members for a day dedicated to celebrating life, promoting women’s wellbeing and raising awareness during Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

Held under the theme La Vie en Rose, the event went beyond traditional breast cancer awareness initiatives by placing a strong emphasis on emotional resilience, self-care, community connection and the importance of embracing life with positivity and purpose.

The day featured a diverse programme of creative workshops, expert-led discussions, gentle movement sessions, shared dining experiences and opportunities for meaningful conversations. Through these activities, participants were encouraged to reconnect with themselves, prioritize their physical and emotional wellbeing, and recognize the importance of supporting one another through life’s challenges.

Nadine Chammas, Co-Founder of SAVANT and Co-Organizer of La Vie en Rose, said: “Pink October often revolves around awareness and prevention. With La Vie en Rose, I wanted to centre on life. A full day of movement, workshops, honest stories, and a shift in mindset. Having walked this road myself, I wanted La Vie En Rose to be a day that brings the focus back to joy, connection, and celebrating life fully now.”

The event also highlighted the importance of collaborative community initiatives in creating supportive environments where individuals can openly discuss health, wellbeing and personal experiences.

Premal Patel, Founder of Healthy Minds Club UAE, commented: “Breast cancer affects families and communities everywhere, and seeing wellbeing experts and practitioners come together in one room was inspiring. The honesty, compassion and shared purpose in every discussion reminded us why partnerships like this are so important. We are proud to have Healthy Minds Club UAE play a part and look forward to continuing this work together.”

A key focus of the gathering was the connection between physical health and emotional wellbeing, with experts sharing practical insights into mindful living, stress management, emotional resilience, nutrition and movement.

Zeinab Alishaq, Wellbeing Specialist and Certified Health Educator, emphasized the importance of translating awareness into everyday action, stating: “La Vie en Rose is an opportunity to connect, learn, and make space for our wellbeing.”

The programme also explored how emotional experiences can influence people’s relationships with their bodies. Zahra Gozal, Psychologist, Jungian Transformational Coach and Emotional Bodywork Practitioner, contributed insights into life after divorce, emotional resilience and somatic awareness, encouraging women to recognize the importance of caring for both their emotional and physical health.

Mindful movement and body awareness formed another important part of the event. Nadira Imran, Founder of Nadzyoga Health & Fitness, shared her approach to women’s wellness through yoga, breathwork and pelvic floor awareness, highlighting the importance of listening to one’s body and building strength from within.

Creative expression was also explored as a pathway to emotional awareness and self-discovery. Ingrid Op’t Hof, who works with somatic art therapy, highlighted how creativity can provide an opportunity to acknowledge and process experiences that may be difficult to express through words.

The event further featured sessions encouraging participants to slow down and reconnect with themselves. Katrin Berger of NOVAIRA introduced her Slow Down & Disconnect approach, combining Yin Yoga and sound healing to encourage relaxation and self-care.

Anu Trehan, who contributed insights into mindful movement and meditation, shared: “For me, wellness is not just about physical strength, but also about reconnecting with ourselves and finding joy in everyday life.”

The importance of adopting sustainable and practical wellbeing habits was another central message. Vibha Sehjpal encouraged a balanced approach to health, stating: “It’s not about doing everything perfectly; it’s about showing up for your health, one day at a time.”

Other contributions included Arti Pandey’s Out of Your Head, Into Your Body approach, which encouraged women to pause, breathe and reconnect with themselves, while Boudor Hemadou’s Beyond the Plate session focused on mindful eating, sensory awareness and developing a healthier relationship with food.

Marianna Fokshey, Studio Manager, Fitness Trainer and Choreographer at SAVANT Dubai, reflected on the personal significance of the initiative, having witnessed the impact of breast cancer on families and women within her community.

She said: “I hope this event reminds every woman that she is not alone, that her story matters, and that even during the most difficult chapters of life, there is still room for hope, connection, and beautiful moments.”

The celebration also embraced movement and self-expression through contributions from Nora Selim, Founder of Meraya, whose dance-focused approach encouraged participants to reconnect with joy, confidence and the experience of being fully present.

Community partner ChillMe reinforced the importance of creating welcoming, inclusive spaces where women feel respected, appreciated and empowered to express themselves without judgement.

Through its combination of education, movement, creativity and community engagement, La Vie en Rose reinforced the message that Breast Cancer Awareness Month is not only an opportunity to promote awareness and prevention, but also a time to celebrate resilience, compassion, human connection and the value of living fully.

The initiative reflected the shared commitment of SAVANT Dubai and Healthy Minds Club UAE to fostering meaningful conversations around wellbeing and creating experiences that inspire individuals to prioritize their health, support one another and embrace life with greater awareness and purpose.
