The group’s Chairman won the ‘Outstanding Contribution’ award, while the CEO of MAG LD was presented with the ‘Innovation Project of the Year’ award
Dubai, United Arab Emirates: MAG Group and its property development arm MAG Lifestyle Development (MAG LD) were honoured at the first ever Arabian Business Real Estate Awards on 9th April at the Ritz Carlton DIFC, where the group’s Chairman Moafaq Al Gaddah won the ‘Outstanding Contribution’ award and MAG LD’s CEO Talal Al Gaddah was presented with the ‘Innovation Project of the Year’ award for MAG Creek Wellbeing Resort.
Moafaq Al Gaddah was awarded for the exceptional contributions he has made to the real estate sector which have seen him build an organisation with more than 50 companies employing over 2,000 people around the world covering an extensive range of sectors including property as well as manufacturing, auto parts, education, contracting, hospitality, pharmaceuticals, health care, the marine industry, and logistics. He played a fundamental role in establishing MAG LD, which is now managed by his son Talal Al Gaddah and is fast achieving its mission to be among the UAE’s top 5 developers.
Talal Al Gaddah’s award was presented in recognition of the high level of innovation MAG LD has achieved at MAG Creek Wellbeing Resort. Representing the first wellness-inspired development in the region, the unique project was designed in partnership with Delos™ — a leading wellness real estate and technology company — to provide residents with a holistic and healthy lifestyle by integrating the best of science, health and technology within the built environment.
MAG Creek Wellbeing Resort includes a 120,000 square-foot WorldCare Wellness Center, the largest wellness centre in the world, and will offer health-conscientious residents and guests full access to a state-of-the art medical check-up clinic that guides, informs and supports healthy living choices. The community also includes a luxurious WorldCare Wellness Hotel, a sport, fitness and leisure centre, and a wide variety of restaurants, cafés and retail outlets.
