A Marina designed around the natural character of the Ghantoot coastline
Dubai, UAE: 06 August 2026: D-Marin has been appointed as marina consultant for BAYN, the flagship coastal community by ORA Developers in Ghantoot, positioned between Abu Dhabi and Dubai. D-Marin will provide technical consultancy to support the marina’s design, bringing its extensive regional expertise and operational knowledge to one of the UAE’s most significant emerging coastal developments.
The BAYN marina forms part of a fully integrated coastal destination in Ghantoot, set along one of the Arabian Gulf’s last undeveloped coastlines, with more than 55 percent of its land dedicated to open space and greenery, alongside direct access to a natural lagoon and canal.
The consultancy will provide market knowledge and technical advisory services, offering strategic insights and expert guidance to support the project’s development and decision-making process.

D-Marin operates seven marinas in UAE including Al Seef, Jaddaf Waterfront, Marasi Bay, Marsa Al Arab and Port De La Mer with the recent additions of Palm Jumeirah and Dubai Islands. It has also achieved two major environmental milestones in recent months, with Marsa Al Arab becoming Dubai’s only Blue Flag-certified marina and Marasi Bay Marina earning Gold Anchor status, reinforcing the brand’s ongoing commitment to sustainability.
BAYN will be delivered in phases across 4.8 million square metres, comprising of multiple villa and apartment communities, a 204-berth marina, 1.2 kilometres of natural beachfront, a five-star resort, schools, a business park, a medical centre, a sports club, leisure and wellness facilities, natural lagoons and canals, and retail and dining throughout.
The recent announcement of the acquisition of an additional masterplan plot adjacent to BAYN was well received by the market, effectively doubling the overall scale of the development. The expanded masterplan will create a significantly larger and more integrated destination, further strengthening BAYN’s position as one of the region’s most ambitious new communities.
