The award-winning restaurant at InterContinental Dubai Festival City marks its return from the summer season with a special welcome for guests
Dubai, UAE, September 2026: Pierre’s TT at InterContinental Dubai Festival City is welcoming guests back following its seasonal summer pause with a complimentary glass of French bubbles for every guest dining at the restaurant from Thursday, 3 September to Saturday, 5 September 2026.
The three-day welcome comes as Dubai’s dining and social scene moves into a new season, inviting residents and visitors to rediscover Pierre’s TT and its distinctive approach to contemporary French gastronomy.
Pierre’s TT brings the culinary vision of celebrated French chef Pierre Gagnaire to Dubai, with Chef de Cuisine Mathieu Balbino leading the kitchen and bringing that vision to life through a menu defined by creativity, precision and French culinary influences.

Pierre’s TT enters the new season following further industry recognition in 2026, including Three Toques from Gault&Millau UAE and Gold in the Best Restaurant – Fine Dining of the Year category at the Middle East F&B Excellence Awards 2026.
Guests can explore the restaurant’s à la carte selection or opt for the signature five-course Menu Découverte, priced at AED 590 per person. The menu presents a contemporary journey through French flavours, reflecting Pierre Gagnaire’s culinary approach and the craftsmanship of the Pierre’s TT kitchen team.
Located on the promenade level of InterContinental Dubai Festival City, Pierre’s TT combines contemporary interiors with a waterfront setting overlooking Dubai Creek, offering guests a relaxed yet refined destination for an evening of contemporary French dining.
From Thursday, 3 September to Saturday, 5 September, guests dining at Pierre’s TT will be welcomed with a complimentary glass of French bubbles to celebrate the restaurant’s return for the new season.
Pierre’s TT Lounge is open from 4:00pm to 11:00pm, while the restaurant is open for dinner from 6:30pm to 11:00pm, Tuesday to Saturday.
