‘Buy & Try’ gives customers the opportunity to experience select Micro RGB and The Frame Pro TVs in their own homes for three weeks
Dubai, UAE – September 2026: Samsung Gulf Electronics has introduced and is reminding customers of its Buy & Try program for its new Micro RGB TVs and The Frame Pro models in the UAE, giving customers the opportunity to experience Samsung’s latest premium TVs in their own homes for 21 days, with the option to request a return within the trial period.
Available until September 10th through Samsung.com, Buy & Try is offered on select Micro RGB R95H and R85H models, as well as The Frame Pro 75-inch and 85-inch TVs. Designed to give customers greater confidence when choosing a premium TV online, the program allows them to experience the product in the setting that matters most: their home.
The eligible models bring together two of Samsung’s latest premium display experiences. Micro RGB uses individually controlled red, green, and blue micro LEDs to deliver precise light control, richer detail and more natural color, alongside Glare Free technology and AI-powered features including Vision AI Companion. The Frame Pro combines Neo QLED picture quality with Samsung’s signature art-inspired, flush-to-wall design, transforming into a personalized art display through Art Mode when it is off.
To use Buy & Try, customers can select an eligible TV on Samsung.com and choose the Buy & Try option at the time of purchase. The program is available at no additional cost, providing customers with added flexibility and peace of mind when purchasing their new TV online.
Customers wishing to return their TV can contact customer support before the 21-day trial period ends to initiate the return process. Products must meet the applicable return conditions. Samsung will coordinate the collection once an eligible return request has been raised, in accordance with the Buy & Try Terms & Conditions.
