Savills has strengthened its international residential investment platform with the appointment of Greg Stockton as International Head of UK Investment Sales and Distribution, based in Dubai.

Stockton will lead the international sales and distribution of UK residential investment opportunities across the GCC, connecting UK developers with wealth managers, family offices, private banks, advisers and investors across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain and Oman. His appointment reflects Savills continued investment in the region and further strengthens collaboration between its UK residential development business and Middle East network.

Stockton brings more than 20 years of international experience across real estate, wealth management and financial services, with a track record spanning international sales, business growth, strategic partnerships and cross-border investment. He has lived and worked across several international markets, including the UAE, Qatar, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Tokyo, Singapore and South Africa.

Most recently, Stockton served as Global Head of Property Investment Advisory & Distribution at Global Residential, where he led the international growth strategy for a UK property investment business, developing distribution across the UK, Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia. His remit included strategic partnerships, developer relationships, sales leadership and investment advisory for international investors.

Steven Mogan, CEO, Middle East at Savills said, “The GCC continues to be an important source of international capital for UK residential real estate, and Greg’s appointment reflects our continued investment in strengthening the connections between our clients across the region and opportunities in the UK.

“His extensive international experience and established relationships across the investment and wealth management sectors will further strengthen our capabilities in the Middle East. With Greg based in Dubai, we can provide an even closer link between investors, advisers and family offices across the GCC and our residential teams in the UK, drawing on the strength of Savills’ global network.”

Greg Stockton, International Head of UK Investment Sales and Distribution at Savills, added, “I’m delighted to be joining Savills at such an exciting time. International demand for UK residential investment remains strong, and Savills is uniquely positioned to connect investors with high-quality opportunities across the country.

“I look forward to working with colleagues across the business to strengthen relationships with developers, wealth managers and investors, while continuing to expand our international distribution platform.”

Based in Dubai, Stockton will work closely with Savills teams across the UK and Middle East, providing investors and advisers across the GCC with access to UK residential opportunities, market-leading research and trusted advice, while expanding the international distribution capabilities available to Savills’ UK developer clients. This reflects the UK team’s intended positioning of the appointment as a strategic strengthening of Savills’ international residential platform and its presence across the GCC.
