Dubai, United Arab Emirates, July 2026: New to Dubai Summer Surprises (DSS) 2026, Ma’an by Majid Al Futtaim celebrates local creativity and entrepreneurship by bringing a selection of UAE-based brands closer to shoppers in Dubai.

Developed by Majid Al Futtaim in partnership with Mohammed Bin Rashid Establishment for Small and Medium Enterprises Development (Dubai SME), part of the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism (DET), the initiative provides emerging businesses with opportunities to showcase their products, connect with customers, and grow their brands through Majid Al Futtaim’s consumer ecosystem, providing a platform to showcase their products, connect with new audiences, and be part of Dubai’s vibrant retail landscape.

As part of the Dubai Summer Surprises (DSS) 2026, shoppers at City Centre Mirdif are invited to visit the Ma’an by Majid Al Futtaim pop-up and discover a curated selection of homegrown brands across lifestyle, beauty, fashion, food, and more. Running until 19 July, from 10 AM until midnight, the experience gives visitors the opportunity to meet local entrepreneurs, explore unique products, and support emerging UAE businesses.

GLOW LAB:

Founded by Emirati Reem Alhashmi, Glow Lab is a homegrown beauty concept that turns beauty into a hands-on experience. Visitors can create their own personalised lip gloss through interactive workshops and DIY kits, choosing their favourite shades, adding adorable charms, and receiving guidance from the Glow Lab team to find their perfect match.

Using only premium, safe ingredients, Glow Lab offers a fun and creative experience ideal for girls’ days out, gatherings, and unique gift ideas.

LITTLE PINCH:

Founded by Emirati chef Mariam Massoud Al Ali, Little Pinch reimagines familiar flavours through contemporary desserts inspired by Emirati hospitality. Known for handcrafted creations that blend tradition with modern presentation, Little Pinch offers unique treats that tell a story through flavour.

Visitors are invited to try their signature creations such as Lotus Coconut Bites, a light and fluffy cake infused with rich Lotus flavour and topped with crunchy coconut; Pink Raspberry, a fresh raspberry coated with raspberry chocolate; and the signature Matcha Raspberry, which combines unexpected flavours with a creative twist.

AMICIS:

Founded in 2023, Amicis is a homegrown floral and hospitality brand offering bold, Art Deco-inspired floral arrangements with a modern, elegant touch.

Known for its bespoke bouquets, curated tablescapes, and artistic event styling, Amicis invites shoppers to visit its pop-up until 19 July to discover beautifully crafted floral creations and thoughtful gifting options for every occasion.

M. SENTIMENT PERFUMES:

Founded in Dubai in 2017 by Emirati entrepreneur Mariam Al Shimmari, M. Sentiment is a luxury fragrance brand blending Emirati heritage with refined simplicity. Known for its thoughtfully crafted perfumes and elegant home fragrances, each creation is developed in collaboration with master perfumers in Italy, creating lasting impressions and memories through scents.

Shoppers are invited to visit the pop-up and discover the brand’s signature fragrances and timeless gifting collections.

ART POST OFFICE:

Art Post Office is an Emirati design brand creating thoughtfully crafted, locally made products inspired by UAE culture and heritage. Visitors can explore a collection of bags, scarves and twillies, phone cases, wallets, small leather goods, notebooks, and leather charms, each celebrating creativity, craftsmanship, and Emirati identity.

SAFFRON SOUK:

The Saffron Souk is a Dubai-based curator, distributor, and retailer of design-led brands, bringing distinctive international and independent labels to the Middle East.

Focused on thoughtful, sustainable, and story-driven products, shoppers can discover a curated selection of unique finds across lifestyle, gifting, and design, featuring niche brands such as Wxy, MÆGEN, Mariposa, and more.

BELLE:

Meanwhile, Belle, founded in Dubai in 2024,  is a fashion brand offering elegant abayas that blend comfort, beauty, and modern femininity. Inspired by thoughtful details and timeless style, each piece is carefully designed to elevate everyday wardrobes with a touch of sophistication.

Visitors can explore Belle’s collection of beautifully crafted abayas, including signature designs such as Chime and Echo, at the Ma’an by Majid Al Futtaim pop-up.

530 CARATS:

Founded in Dubai, 530 Carats is a luxury jewellery brand creating sleek, minimalist designs embellished with fine precious stones. Inspired by the beauty of nature and named after the iconic Great Star of Africa diamond, the largest fine-cut colourless diamond in the world discovered in 1905, the brand’s collections celebrate timeless elegance through jewellery pieces influenced by trees, wildlife, and the natural world.

DÓRY SPECIALTY COFFEE:

Lastly, DÓRY Specialty Coffee is bringing its signature crafted coffee blends to the Ma’an by Majid Al Futtaim pop-up, offering a curated selection of specialty beverages and light bites.

A favourite among locals and residents, DÓRY is known for its expert baristas and quality coffee blends. Visitors can discover a variety of handcrafted drinks, from refreshing cold brews to aromatic hot cups, alongside a selection of delicious snacks.
