As a seasoned professional with over 16 years of experience and a passion for startups and technology, Nadia brings an exceptional professional background, impressive educational achievements, and a wealth of extensive global HR leadership experience that make her a valuable addition to the CEQUENS leadership team.

Having lived and worked in six countries across four continents, Nadia’s unique cultural perspective and deep understanding of global dynamics, is testament to her adaptability and inclusive leadership approach. Nadia is currently pursuing CIPD Level 7, demonstrating her dedication to staying at the forefront of HR practices and strategies.

In her new role as CEQUENS Director of People and Culture, Nadia will leverage her global experience and inclusive leadership style to foster a positive and inclusive work environment. Head of Customer Success, Hams Dabaieh:

Hams is a seasoned director of customer success with more than 18 years of experience in the IT sector. Passionate about creating and sustaining strong relationships with her clients, Hams has managed and led customer-facing teams with success in her jobs at Incorta and ITWORX Education. Hams is a Project Management Professional (PMP) and a Customer Success Professional (Level I & II).

Customer Facing Enablement Manager, Hiba Masri:

As a highly accomplished professional with a strong background customer facing enablement, Hiba will be leveraging her expertise in developing enablement programs, identifying opportunities to improve customer-facing processes and workflows, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure alignment and consistency. Hiba was previously held the roles of Regional Customer Facing Enablement Expert at Infobip, Marketing Manager at Vtel, and Sales Manager at Jawwal. She holds an Account Planning certification from Altify.
