ABU DHABI, United Arab Emirates: The St. Regis Abu Dhabi is pleased to announce the appointment of Rana Wassfey in the position of Government Sales Account Director.

Rana, an Egyptian national, will be responsible for driving global government business to the hotel, with a particular focus on the GCC region.

The Director of Sales, Emil Nilsson said: “Our facilities and location at the heart of the Capital make us a prime hotel for government business. Since opening we have had strong success in this sector and with the appointment of a dedicated Government Sales Account Director we anticipate seeing significant future growth.”

Rana brings to the hotel 8 years’ experience. Most recently, she held the position of Senior Sales Manager Government Protocol with Emirates Palace.

Rana has an MBA from Atlantis University and a Bachelor in Business Administration The British University in Egypt.
