August 2026 Dubai, UAE – Times Square Center, the UAE’s favourite community destination, is set to host the latest edition of WORK SMART on Thursday 3rd September 2026, between 10am-2pm, bringing together ambitious professionals, industry experts, business leaders and organisations for a morning of learning, networking and career development.
Following the success of previous editions, which welcomed hundreds of attendees and more than 50 participating brands, organisations and partners, WORK SMART returns with a refreshed focus on professional development, educational mentorship and meaningful connections.
Free to attend, the four-hour event will provide an opportunity for attendees to gain practical insights, develop new skills and connect with professionals from across the UAE’s diverse business community.
The programme will feature an engaging line-up of expert-led talks, interactive workshops and networking opportunities, covering topics including career development, leadership, confidence, personal branding, workplace trends and the future of work.
On the main stage, attendees can expect practical conversations designed to support their professional journeys, while the Learning & Development Hub will offer interactive sessions covering areas such as CV development, LinkedIn optimisation, personal branding, interview confidence and professional growth.
A dedicated Professional Networking Zone will provide attendees with the opportunity to meet industry professionals, organisations and like-minded individuals, exchange ideas and build valuable connections within their respective fields.
The event will also feature a selection of brand activations and experiences from organisations supporting professional development, education, wellbeing, technology and career growth, alongside complimentary refreshments throughout the morning.
