Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates: The tenth edition of the World Luxury Hotel Awards that will take place on 29 October, 2016 will begin with the announcement of the winners who will be recognized on stage with a limited edition 10-year anniversary trophy cast in 24 carat gold, and the honor of being bestowed with the highest level of recognition within the tourism and hospitality sector.
Vying for the prize are more than 850 participants that include first-class establishments such as- Andaz London Liverpool Street, United Kingdom; Best Western Premier the Haven Ipoh, Malaysia; Charming Bariloche Luxury Lodge & Private Spa, Argentina, The Roseate New Delhi; Fairmont Baku Flame Towers, Azerbaijan;, Grand Aston Bali Beach Resort, Indonesia; Hotel Agora Regency Sakai, Japan; Mirihi Island Resort, Maldives; Panacea Koh Samui Thailand; and Radisson Blu Hotel & Thalasso, Cannes, France.

The winners that are determined by a public voting system is a highlight of the World Luxury Hotel Awards. The management has reported a total of 160,000 votes were collected this year. Awards are presented to luxury hotels that spread over 60 categories on a country, regional, continental and global basis.
To ensure the success of the event, the World Luxury Hotel, Spa & Restaurant Awards has partnered with the most influential organizations in GCC.
