The certification is for all its Arabian Automobiles Nissan Service Centers in Dubai & three Service Centers in the Northern Emirates

This makes all Nissan of Arabian Automobiles’ service centres in Dubai, and the three service centers in the Northern Emirates, Nissan Express Service Sites.

Upon arrival, customers are welcomed immediately and checked-in using tablets that are empowered with customer information and their potential service needs using state of the art technology. The customer lounge prioritises hospitality and comfort, allowing car owners to attend to their professional & personal commitments while their vehicle gets serviced in front of their eyes. Within just 60 minutes, their vehicles will undergo major periodic maintenance servicing, a computerized quality inspection, a road test, washing and sanitizing without additional cost. Major process enhancements, a two-man technician’s concept, IT automation, workshop layout changes and state-of-the-art equipment have collectively resulted in this drastic reduction of turn-around time.

The formal ceremony to award the certification plaque was attended by Andrew Mclaughlan, Director, Aftersales- Nissan Middle East; Salah Yamout, COO of Arabian Automobiles; and Yousef Abu Alaish, General Manager – Service at Arabian Automobiles. The certification plaques were presented to respective branch managers as a token of appreciation for the company’s dedication and efforts in improving Nissan’s regional brand image.
