A number of digital experts and tech gurus have joined the speaker panel of the second edition of the CDO Conclave, scheduled for 15 to 16 March, 2017 in Dubai, UAE. The event is the only CDO forum in the GCC region, and will act as a platform for industry experts to expound their views on the role played by digital technology in business. Speakers will share key insights about strategies for digital transformation.

The CDO Conclave seeks to make organisations in the region aware of the rising importance of an effective digital strategy and the subsequent need to either hire a CDO or think like one. Attendees will hear from CDOs themselves and other leading tech experts on how to map out an effective digitalisation plan.
The CDO Conclave will feature a CDO Panel on “Developing a Culture of Digital Transformation”. This panel will be joined by CDOs from GE, UAE; Costa Group, Germany and Atlasmara, UAE.
The event will also include sessions by industry leaders such as Matthew Horobin, Head of Digital, Dubai Airports, UAE; Ajay Rathi, CIO, Meeras Holdings, UAE; Carlos Domingo, Chief Innovation Officer, Du Telecom, UAE and Gopi Krishnan, Chief Information Officer, Al Hilal Bank, UAE. It will feature panel discussions, case studies and presentations on topics ranging from back-end process automation and integrating online and offline experiences to the role of big data analytics and Internet of Things (IoT).
The event will also host the Digital Excellence Awards, which will honour the foremost tech visionaries in the region. Award categories include Best Digital Marketer, GCC CDO of the Year and Best Digital Bank Award.
