Dubai, UAE: Chalk Training Ground is offering the UAE community the ultimate chance to transform their lifestyle with a special 12-week Shredder Program. The challenge encompasses nutrition, training, body analysis consultations, progress checks, and physique analysis recording kicking off on September 12, 2022, at the New Golden Mile 3 destination on the Palm.

The program is designed for the participants to get their metabolism revved up, create healthy diets to incorporate more lean meats and healthy carbs, and get them in the habit of hitting the gym regularly. According to Chalk Training Ground experts, success lies in finding the right balance between calorie intake and exercise.

There will be dedicated trainers overseeing progress while also being on this transformational journey alongside the contestants, sharing their extensive knowledge, support, guidance, and keeping the motivation on a high.  On the nutrition front, The Daily Grind Café’s chefs will curate daily specialised meals adapted to ensure each participant reaches their goals, and the program will also include a raw three-day detox.

Prices vary for CTG members and non-members. Costing up at AED 9,299, non-members receive: access to 50 sessions splitting into four per week, access to the open gym and all program workouts, as well as consultations, nutritional guidance, and progress checks. For Chalk Training Ground members, the 12-week program will cost AED 5,400, and offer unlimited sessions in addition to all the other features.
