Dubai, United Arab Emirates: Cigna Healthcare, a leading health services company, has announced the winners of its 4th Annual Middle East Brokers Awards. The awards recognize distinguished efforts and contribution of the brokers who have helped Cigna in serving its clients efficiently and driving innovation in the regional insurance sector.
A total of 14 awards were presented at a ceremony held recently. The brokers were assessed for the impact, business growth, individual offerings, SME-focused services, and retention rates. The awards included Cigna’s GlobalCare and SmartCare categories covering both global as well as regional solutions respectively.
Individual Awards:
In the Individual Awards Category, Cigna honored Pacific Prime as the Individual Broker of the Year, while Insurancemarket.ae won the Individual Broker Rising Star award.
SME Awards:
In the SME Awards category, Nasco Emirates was handed over the SME Broker of the Year award, Lifecare International was the winner in the SME Rising Star award while Gargash Insurance won the Best SME Newcomer of the Year award. Cigna honored Associated Insurance Consultants as the Retention Broker of the Year in the GlobalCare SME category while AON Middle East won the Retention Broker of the Year in the SmartCare – SME category.
Corporate Awards:
In the Corporate Awards category, AON Middle East won the award for the Corporate Broker of the Year, while Howden Insurance Brokers walked away with the Corporate Rising Star award. The Best Corporate Newcomer of the Year award went to Cosmos Insurance Brokers. The Retention Broker of the Year in the GlobalCare Corporate went to Al Futtaim Willis, Gras Savoye Gulf, while the Retention Broker of the Year award in the SmartCare Corporate category was conferred on Lockton Insurance Brokers.
Overall Awards:
In the Overall Awards category, Nasco Emirates was awarded the SmartCare Broker of the Year recognition, while Marsh Emirates Insurance Brokerage was honored with Cigna Partner of the Year award.
