Strategic MoU combines sovereign cloud, managed security and agentic AI capabilities to strengthen cyber resilience across critical infrastructure and industrial sectors

The non-exclusive collaboration will enable advanced, locally delivered managed security services aligned with UAE data sovereignty, regulatory and cybersecurity requirements.
The MoU brings together du Tech’s National Hypercloud, sovereign cloud infrastructure, managed security services and local capabilities with Rilian’s Caspian agentic AI platform, IT/OT cybersecurity expertise and advanced cybersecurity technologies. Through this partnership, the two entities will enable sovereign, AI-driven IT/OT managed security services designed for critical infrastructure.
The collaboration responds to the growing need to strengthen cyber resilience across critical infrastructure and industrial settings where IT and operational technology systems require advanced security capabilities. Through du Tech portfolio and Rilian’s expertise, this MoU aims to support organisations in protecting critical environments while meeting national requirements around data sovereignty and cybersecurity.
