This February, La Mer, the world-class beachfront destination will turn into a premier destination to discover the heart and soul of Ukraine, featuring eclectic showcases and talents across art, culture, fashion, food, community, music, and opera.

The two-day Ukrainian Cultural Festival is suited for all ages, targeted towards families and communities in the region with an authentic local Ukrainian flavour dished out like never before.
The festival is supported by Dubai Culture, showcasing the inclusive and multicultural fabric of Dubai. The festival takes pride in turning its spotlight to indulge some of the most entertaining professional performances from Ukraine and the UAE, in celebration of Dubai’s rich cultural diversity.
The Ukrainian vibes will beckon you with spectacular performances from the Ukrainian folk Ensemble Slavyane to the magnificent Fantasy Rock Opera “Orpheus & Eurydice Forever”, the first show in the world, which combined electronic music, technology, rock direction and opera. This year’s programming will also feature a fashion show ‘Fashionable Ukraine’ that will feature renowned Ukrainian designers, brands, and models.
In addition, the festival will officially launch “Ukrainian Women of the Century”, a book which highlights a history of all the famous and successful women achievers of Ukraine. The prestigious Ukrainian Arab Achievers Award will be presented to recognise and celebrate a few successful and empowered Ukrainians who are the pride of Ukraine.
The setting at La Mer offers visitors a repertoire of options to enjoy authentic local cuisine and sumptuous dishes. There would be an assortment of fashion, art, and accessories on display for those looking to satisfy your shopping needs. With DJ, fun, games, booths to dress in traditional attire and workshops for children; the Ukrainian Culture Festival promises to be a delight for every attendee.
