United Arab Emirates, Ras Al Khaimah September, 2026 – Marjan Hospitality is expanding this offering at The Ritz-Carlton Ras Al Khaimah, Al Wadi Desert, with a new phase of private villas introduced to the market. Farmhouse by Syrco will reopen on September 21 following a thoughtful design refresh, further enhancing the resort’s culinary offering.
The next phase of The Ritz-Carlton Residences Ras Al Khaimah, Al Wadi Desert comprises a limited collection of 35 standalone private villas within the 1,235-acre protected Al Wadi Nature Reserve. The residences comprise 3-, 4- and 5-bedroom villas, with handover expected in early 2028.
Combining contemporary design, modern luxury and Arabian heritage, the residences are designed for private villa living immersed in the natural beauty of the desert. Each villa features a private temperature-controlled swimming pool, panoramic desert views alongside indoor and outdoor living spaces, while materials and architectural elements draw inspiration from the surrounding landscape.
The residences form part of the wider Al Wadi destination, connecting private villa living with the hospitality, dining, wellness and nature-led experiences of The Ritz-Carlton Ras Al Khaimah, Al Wadi Desert. Residents will also have access to a dedicated Residents’ Clubhouse, alongside the wider amenities and experiences of the destination.
At The Ritz-Carlton Ras Al Khaimah, Al Wadi Desert, Farmhouse by Syrco will reopen on September 21st following a design refresh and refurbishment, with an updated concept that introduces a new wine bar and renewed focus on dining, wine and tasting.
The refreshed venue will accommodate 270 guests across indoor, outdoor terrace and wine bar spaces. Its design will retain Farmhouse’s warm, authentic character while introducing natural materials and refined detailing. The new wine bar creates a dedicated setting for wine discovery, tasting and retail, adding another dimension to the resort’s wider dining proposition.
Earlier this year, The Ritz-Carlton Ras Al Khaimah, Al Wadi Desert also introduced a first-of-its-kind fragrance experience in partnership with Emirati perfume house The Scent Library. Founded in Ras Al Khaimah by Emirati perfumer Saeed Al Nuaimi, The Scent Library brings the Emirate’s landscape and cultural heritage into the resort through a series of immersive fragrance experiences.
The collaboration includes guided fragrance and blending experiences, alongside private in-villa sessions with a master perfumer, drawing on ingredients including Emirati rose, moringa, sidr and oud. The partnership adds another layer to the resort’s focus on connecting luxury hospitality with local culture, craftsmanship and the natural landscape.
Alison Grinnell, Group COO of Marjan and CEO of Marjan Hospitality, said: “The strongest destinations become part of people’s lives. At Al Wadi, we are continuing to bring together private residences, hospitality, dining and nature to create a place with depth where people can return to, invest in and ultimately call home.”
