Dubai: Tamer El Naggar has been appointed as managing director of Boyden Egypt by premier global talent and leadership advisory firm, Boyden, to help business leaders and emerging organisations with globally oriented growth and support their increasing need for strong leadership and talent management across Egypt and North Africa. He will replace Francesca d’Arcangeli, who joins the company’s UK office this summer.
El Naggar, who previously worked as CEO for the American Chamber of Commerce in Egypt, will now be responsible for growing Boyden’s entire business across industries in North Africa, in addition to developing a regional research centre in Cairo to support the company’s strong MENA growth.

El Naggar will be based at Boyden MENA’s Egypt office in Cairo.
