Radisson Blu Dubai Media City and Park Inn by Radisson Motor City are delighted to announce the promotion of Nathan Noon as the new Cluster Executive Chef. With this appointment, Noon will be responsible for overseeing culinary operations at both Hotels outlets and diverse catering businesses.

Chef Nathan Noon has an impressive culinary background ranging from Western Europe resorts to multi outlet properties in the Middle East.  Throughout his career, he has consistently demonstrated his principles of excellence, innovation, and guest satisfaction through his food, and is excited to lead the culinary teams at Radisson Blu Dubai Media City and Park Inn by Radisson Motor City.

Nathan Noon’s more recent Radisson journey began at Radisson Blu Hotel Dubai Media City, overseeing Certo’s team and menu enhancements, the transformation of Icon, the creation of Jones the Grocer Express, and brought Chop House to life. In addition, leading the catering operations, and now at both Hotels.
