Saqr Park gets ready to welcome Guinness team for mystery world record attempt


Ras Al Khaimah – UAE: As part of the UAE’s National Innovation Strategy launched in October 2014, Ras Al Khaimah’s Public Works and Services Department (PWSD) has started preparations for Innovation Week at Saqr Park using the theme “Innovate with us”. To celebrate this RAK PWSD will unveil and display the Biggest Glow in the Dark Graffiti Wall in the park between the 24th and 26th November. When it’s revealed the wall will be reviewed and attested by the Guinness World Record Team. Construction is already under way for the world record breaking attempt. The biggest wall will be unveiled under the Patronage of His Highness Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah on the 24th of November. Various government programmes and activities highlighting PWSD’s initiatives will also be announced at the event.
