The First Doughnut Run at Dubai Festival City


The delicious run takes place on Friday, 3rd December 2021 1km to 10km route options available\

Dubai, United Arab Emirates: Attention all doughnut lovers in Dubai! Get ready for the yummiest run of the year with the first-ever Dubai Festival City Doughnut Run. Organized by RaceME and sponsored by Krispy Kreme, the timed run will take place on 3rd December where participants will eat a doughnut after every 1KM lap. The run is schedule to start at 8:30 am.

All ages and abilities are invited to run, walk, skip or roll through the Doughnut Run. The run will be set against the backdrop of the Dubai Creek and the city skyline, participants can enjoy DFC Doughnut Run with a scenic view of the Dubai Festival City Promenade and finish at the mall.

Racers and their families will run/walk to the first doughnut station (1KM) to eat 1 whole doughnut and when ready to leave the station (with an empty mouth), a wristband will be given and sent back on the 1KM route towards the finish. Racers will be given a wristband for every doughnut eaten.

Just before the finish line, racers can either choose to end the run or enter the second doughnut station. After leaving the second station, participants need to cut their run short—doughnut worry, there is a shortcut back to help them finish.

Competitive racers can keep running this loop stopping at the 1KM stations until ready to hit the finish or complete the course with 10KM under their belt and 10 doughnuts in their belly.

There will be an overall winner per category: 1km to 10km. The category and award will be fastest runner to eat the most doughnuts.

The Doughnut run will open its doors at 8:15 am. Those wishing to register can do so at and online registrations are open until November 30th.
