Workshops on security culture and healthy lifestyles for participants of Al Jalila summer programme

Awareness workshops, presentations and engaging activities are offered by Dubai Police at Al Jalila Cultural Centre for Children.
Inviting students participating in the summer programme to join the workshops held by Dubai Police.

Dubai, UAE: Al Jalila Cultural Centre for Children (AJCCC), an entity of Dubai Culture and Arts Authority (Dubai Culture), prepared a distinguished set of educational and entertaining activities in cooperation with Dubai Police as part of its 2022 summer programme. The aim is to spread the culture of security among children and enhance their awareness of the need for a healthy lifestyle.

These activities include workshops on school security patrols and how students should behave when facing problems inside or outside the school. They will be offered by Dubai Police to children participating in the AJCCC summer programme, and other activities will include police-dog shows, lectures on healthy nutrition, and sports activities. These workshops will be held until 11 August.

AJCCC will also host visits organised by Dubai Police for students participating in its summer programme from Al Qeyam Model School and Asma Bint Al Numan School, who will participate in workshops on culinary and performing arts.

AJCCC’s 2022 summer programme is taking place until 26 August in cooperation with partners Iqraa Arabic Language Centre (Iqra’a), ‘Project You,’ and the Centre for Musical Arts. To register, please send an email to info@iqraalc.com or call 055-1822510.
